mix_tuning_database.exe missing from DCCSetup_Full.exe

I tried to install this image tuning tool program.  I got it to unpack the installer (so it accepted my licence file) and then I tried to install the program DCCSetup_Full.exe.  First I had to install MCRInstaller-7.13-Win.exe which I found on the internet somewhere and it pulled in the VC redistributable files.  When that was done, DCCSetup_Full.exe would proceed with the installation, but it had an error about a missing mix_tuning_database.exe.

I tried to ignore the error so it finished installing, but then the application complained about missing the mix_tuning_database and didn't have any plugins.

The installer "DCCSetup_Full.exe" may be corrupted.
I would recommend to download and install it again.

The original download was not corrupted, but I did uninstall everything and download it again. This time when I installed it, I noticed a pop up from my antivirus that was flagging the file as a virus (well specifically it was the move from "some_temp_file" to mix_tuning_tool.exe).

So the solution was to disable my antivirus while I did the install. There are no more complaints from the software.
