Using AM3358BZCZ100 in the -20 degrees Celsius environment

Hi:

I knew there are different selection of AM3358 for different working temperatures. If I use am3358bzcz100 in the -20 degrees Celsius environment, what things would happen?? Because the suitable working temperature for AM3358BZCZ100 is 0~90 degrees Celcius.

Hi Biser:
Because we currently direct use BBB as our product, and we design the other PCB board that can connect on it by expansion header. And the chip on the BBB is AM3358BZCZ100, the spec for our product about temperature is -20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. So does Ti have any test if the chip outside the temperature of spec?? we really don't want buy another AM3358 chip for our requirement in this situation.

OK...., sorry about one more question. How does TI define the working temperature for these different Parts of AM3358 chip??
