missing /dev/rtc

Hi,

i have the DS1337 RTC on my DM6467 evalboard.

If i compile the kernel with the DS1337 driver, i can found the rtc under /proc/devices/.. but i don't see it in the /dev/ folder.

What i'm doing wrong?
