DM8168 DVRRDK3.5 probabilistic process appears to hang, sleep problems, the mouse can not stop

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP, TVP5158

Hi,

I use dvrrdk3.5 development package probability process appears to hang, sleep problems, the phenomenon is the mouse got stuck, the entire QT interface card death does not move, 16 OSD got stuck, date and time are no longer updated, but the 16 preview to normal, indicating that DSP and M3 didn't die, some process is simply the end arm hang, dormant, reappearance did not seize the rules, sometimes just start, sometimes is the operation of a certain interface. Problems can also be Telnet, using top -d 1 command after the discovery of the remaining memory 100MB or so, should not run out of memory problem, also found that the CPU occupancy rate of 0.

This problem arises when the bottom has the following print:

.......................

[host]  IPC_BITSINLINK:!WARNING!.Commands not being processed by link.TimeSinceLastAlloc:192,TimeSinceLastFree:192

[host]  IPC_BITSINLINK:!WARNING!.Commands not being processed by link.TimeSinceLastAlloc:224,TimeSinceLastFree:224

I would like to ask everyone who encountered a similar problem? Please advice or make a suggestion, thank you!

yours!

  • Hi

Can you please share the logs from start of uBoot?

    The issue occurs every time?

Are you able to run any demo application properly?

What are all major modifications you did on source code?

What is the board you are using? Please share more details on your board

    Regards,

    Murali

  • Hi Murali,

    Thank you for your reply!

Later I will post the log.

The issue occurs  not every time,The issue is the occasional.

Yes,we are able to run demo apolication properly, but the demo not have a mouse .

The biggest modification is the transplantation of the qt4.8.4 library, and prepared a simple interface.

we use  DVR_Netra Board, for more information please refer to the later log.

    yours
