Question on PCIESSEN signal

With custom boards, are they able to succeed JTAG test connection(CCS)? Please post the complete log message.

JTAG connection test was OK when PCIESSEN was pulled up. But DSP was unstable, we tried to access L2 memory in CCS and got 'trouble reading/writing on 0x008xxxxx...'. After we pulled down PCIESSEN, DSP became stable and the there was no any trouble.

PCIESSEN pin has a tertiary function as well as primary and secondary functions. PCIe module enable (Pin shared with TIMI0 and GPIO16).
