[AM1808, AISgen] How does ROM Bootloader handle SDCR.TIMUNLOCK bit ?

Hi,

How does ROM Bootloader (ROM ID = 2) handle SDCR.TIMUNLOCK bit ?
SDCR register is one of parameters to AISgen in order to configure DDR I/F. And SDCR.TIMUNLOCK is controlled to lock/unlock register values during DDR setup as described in TRM (14.2.13.1 Initializing Following Device Power Up or Reset). So my question is, what value (0 or 1) should be given to AISgen ?

Hi Kawada,
Initially you may need to set the TIMUNLOCK bit (before changing the SDTIMR registers) and after changing the SDTIM1 and SDTIM2 registers, you have to clear the TIMUNLOCK bit.

You can refer to the gel file to understand better.

Thanks for your reply. I know the detailed initialization sequence. That is described in TRM and gel file.
What I (Actually, my customer) want to know is how the ROMBootloader handles TIMUNLOCK bit when decoding AIS. Is ROMBootloader expecting that TIMUNLOCK is 1 in AIS ?
Can you share ROMBootlader source code ? I can check it by myself.

Nope, you need to clear the TIMUNLOCK bit when you provide the SDCR value to AISgen tool.

Ex:
DDR2 SDCR=0x134822
