Power up sequence

Above is the mentioned power up sequence for DM8148. I have below queries

1. According to the figure the sequence is 1.8V-->1.5V-->3.3V-->1.35V. For 1.5V/1.8V DDR supply can be simultaneously up with 1.8V. Does it mean that way?? or if it is 1.8V then can be simultaneously up and if 1.5V then should  it be powered on after 1.8V. Please answer me
