Is AM437x supporting twin-die DDR3?

Hi,

I have a question about AM437x DDR I/F.

Is AM437x supporting twin-die DDR3?

From AM437x datasheet, it seem that AM437x are supporting twin-die LPDDR2.

But there are no information and connection example of twin-die DDR3.

The supported DDR3 configuration are listed below per the Data Sheet. As you can notice, there is no combination here that supports 2 loads on the Data bus. Therefore, twin die with DDR3 is not a supported combination. Please select a different combination from the supported options to meet your requirements.
