c6745 connect

when I connect my C6745 designed board by jtag, it says as follew:

The controller has detected a target power loss.

the user must turn-on or connect the power supply for the target. 

what is the problem???

    Hi,
    What board are you using and JTAG hw ?
    custom or TI or 3rd party EVM board ?
    Please check the power supply for EVM board.

    Hi Lisong Xu1,

    The error, " The controller has detected a target power loss." implies that the target is not receiving power while the JTAG is trying to establish a connection between the host PC and the target board. Please do check whether there is a loose connection of the power supply connected to your target board.
