Hello,

I know BBB is 6-layer PCB. Could you tell me that the PCB is consist of Through-hole, IVH or Build-up?

Details of the BBB PCB can be found here: http://elinux.org/Beagleboard:BeagleBoneBlack#Hardware_Files It's a 6-layer PCB, only plated through-holes are used, no special requirements. Stack up can be seen when you open the PCB file (Allegro, Altium and Mentor versions are available).
