C6678 SRIO sender

Hello.

Is it possible to configure SRIO so that it only sends the packets regardless of whether the recipient (another board s6678)? When initializing SRIO function CSL_SRIO_IsPortOk() returns FALSE. The project is 3326.SRIO_producer.rar.
