The example of usb_host_msc in starterWare can't run on evmAM335x

Hi team, I have a question which my need your suggestion. One of my customer is using our evmAM335x version 1.4A and the starterWare version 02 00 00 07.The customer could run most the examples in our starterWare but there are something wrong when they use the usb_host_msc_ti.bin file in the folder "binary\armv7a\cgt_ccs\am335x\evmAM335x\usb_host_msc". The processor works well before they connect the USB mass storage device to the EVM. When they connect the EVM with a USB mass storage device, there is no output to the UART and it seems that the processor stops working. Is there anything we need to pay attention to when we use this example? I searched our documents but didn’t find anything. Thanks in advance for your help!
