My starter kit am335x is having Ethernet connectivity issue

There are two things to consider:

1. If your SK is configured in Dual MAC mode the two Ethernet ports must be connected to different subnets.

2. The SK design has second PHY taking its clock from the first PHY. If there is no Ethernet cable connected to the first PHY (Eth0), it will go to sleep mode and clock to the second PHY (Eth1) will stop.
