OMAP35x - non-PoP 4Gb LPDDR memory usage

Hi All,

I want to use non-PoP 4Gb LPDDR memory with the OMAP, on spruf98d page# 1352 it stated that the OMAP supports 128Mx32 device, the issue is that I couldn't find any non-PoP device that support this,

Is it possible to use two 128Mx16 (2Gb) LPDDR? if yes than what MUX scheme should I use,

Hi Cai,

If you want to go with a 128Mx16 you will need to use the flexible address scheme which is described in section 11.2.4.4.3 Address Multiplexing of the TRM. This section explains how to use the flexible address scheme to allow for any type of memory. You will need to input the RASWIDTH and CASWIDTH.
