Thanks Steve. From the link, looks like XDS560 and CCS is required, however, it did not specify what CCS edition will support VC5409. I asked some TI people few weeks ago, and I was told that CCS V5 and V6 does not support the chip any more. Instead, customer has to use C5416 configuration. Please let me know what the latest CCS edition is that supports VC5409.

I also confirmed with our CCS support team. VC509 is supported up to CCS5. You can choose as "TMS320C5409" in the Target Configuration menu.
