IPUMM build error in GLSDK 6.04 version

I am trying to build GLSDK and ipumm on Ubuntu 64 bit host machine. Building ipumm ends with an error:

Auto-registering resource manager for HDVICP2
js: "/opt/platforms/dra7xx/sdk/ti-glsdk_dra7xx-evm_6_04_00_02/component-sources/framework_components_3_24_02_15/packages/ti/sdo/fc/ires/hdvicp/HDVICP2.xdt", line 54: TypeError: Cannot call method "match" of null

Please let me know how to correct this. Building framework components and codec engine has completed without any error. I had downloaded IPC (it was not downloaded completely), but IPC is also built without any error.
