Hello Biser,

We are designing a portable device, where power and space are the constraints. I am looking for MPU/MCU for the same.

Could you please, suggest me a Processor or MCU which will have the following features,

Clock :   > 200Mhz

Onchip Flash : > 512MB ( so that there is no need for external boot device)

peripherals :

2 SPI interface

2 I2C interface

10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface

1 UART interface

1 parallel port or external memory interface.

    Mamatha,
    We do not have any Sitara device with 512MB flash memory...all Sitara Processors need to boot from external devices (memory, ethernet, USB...)
    For MCU devices, you need either to check on ti.com or post the question on MCU forum....this Forum is dedicated to MPUs.
