can't downlaod the program

I have a example about C6747, and the heap is created in SDRAM. As a result the BIOS data, such as BIOS_init and hwi_vec sections are all allocated into the SDRAM. but when i built and download the program, a memory-map error has been reported. What's the reason? The SDRAM is used as off-chip memory.
