Can I play audio asynchronous?

Hi 

     When I play audio using snd_pcm_writei, I find that it need about 120ms. So, when I talk with my OMAP-L138(Audio chip: TLV320, MCSDK 1.02) device, a moment ago, I will get latency voice.

    Who can give me some good advice to do this?
