Hello,

as the headline says i want to write Sitara Linux SDK to BeagleBoneBlack´s eMMC following this procedure:

What i´m not sure about is the step 6. Where exactly do i have to create "tftpboot" directory? In /etc/xinetd.d?

In step 5 your are telling the tftp server to use /tftpboot so in step 6 you are creating /tftpboot. The directory is off of the top level of the root file system.

Oh yes of course. I had the correct in mind typed the wrong step-number...

Now i´m at step 2 on this page to prepare a flashable image
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Sitara_Linux_Program_the_eMMC_on_Beaglebone_Black

How do i know, this step was successful? Where do i find the emmc directory? If i do "cd emmc" there is no such directory. Is this a hint it didn´t work?

Ok, my fault. I typed something wrong.
Never the less i get a "No rule to make target". Actually i´m using SDK Version 6. It is mentioned that the steps from the side
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Sitara_Linux_Program_the_eMMC_on_Beaglebone_Black
have been validated against V7. Can this be a reason for the missing make rule.
