ICE V2 Memory Map?

Thank you for your reply. I have studied both of those resources already. The Wiki site has no information as to the memory mapping that I could find I would expect to see it there, but that site needs more information. I am specifically looking for the DRAM and Flash addresses. The TRM lists the ARM core memory map and has no information about the ICE board that I could find.

If I'm missing it somewhere in those references, please let me know these memory area mappings.

Dear Biser, One question remains from above:
2) The TRM spruh73 section 26 says the ROM code initializes at 2000 0000 but table 2-1 L3 memory map states Boot ROM is 4000 0000 and 2000 0000 is reserved. Why the discrepancy?

I can't say about this. My guess is that this has to do with the fact that the device always starts up in secure mode. The ROM Code takes care of early initialization. The ROM code switches the device into public mode. The Public ROM Code is located in the address range 20000h–2BFFFh.
