TMS320C6678 Temperature Condition

I want to use TMS320C6678 in the ambient temperature of -30 to +70 for 6 hours while this device work in Full Load. For this purpose i bought industrial type of it but i don’t know whether this part has the ability to work in this temperature or not. Remember that this temperature is the temperature of ambient and  is not function temperature of the device.

    Please provide the "ordered device" part number mentioned in the "PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM" of device manual(packaging information).

    Armin,

    First I assume you actually mean extended temp (-40 to 100C) and not industrial temp (0 to 85C) which are the operating temperature ranges available for this device.  Temp spec's are documented in the Data Manual.

    You will need to perform analysis for your Thermal solution to make sure that give the operating environment and usage scenario that the worst case power consumption.  

    You'll want to get the power consumption spreadsheet which can be found under the Tools -> Models section of the TMS320C6678 product page and plug in your usage scenario, see what power consumption you're getting for max temp, plug this power into your thermal solution and make sure that it can dissipate the power at your given ambient temperatures.

    My device part number is TMS320C6678ACYPA and operation temperature of this device is not written in "PACKAGE OPTION ADDENDUM" section of TMS320C6678's data manual.

    Thanks for your help but actually i suspect that my device is industrial or not. I used TMS320C6678ACYPA in my project and operation temperature of this device is not mentioned in data manual.
