XDC 3.24.5.48 tool

hello... I am using CC S v 5.2 for LTE algorithms on physical layer and I have to invoke the fft coprocessor.  I have to debug a file and its showing error regarding XDC tools version 3.24.5.48. I am trying to download the toolbox but unable to do it. Could you please help me to get through that? Thank you.
