EVMK2H USB3.0 doesn't detect memory stick

USB3.0 port couldn't operate at EVMK2HX - EVMK2H Evaluation Module. Below Memory sticks doesn't run:
   USB3.0 16GB Kingstone Data Traveler G4
   USB3.0 16GB Sandisk Ultra
   USB3.0 16GB Sandisk Ultra Fit
   USB2.0 16GB Hi-Level
   USB2.0 4GB Texas Instruments

    Welcome to the TI E2E forum. I hope you will find many good answers here and in the TI.com documents and in the TI Wiki Pages (for processor issues). Be sure to search those for helpful information and to browse for the questions others may have asked on similar topics (e2e.ti.com).

    Please ensure to use latest MCSDK released from TI. We will try to re-produce the issue at our side and get back to you. I also recommend you to test the same on the pre-built images available on the MCSDK.

    When we experimented connecting a SanDisk USB 2.0, to K2E and K2H able to detect it properly.

    Please find the logs below. And also, able to detect the USB card reader.

    As you mentioned here, that you are able to detect one of the pen drives, might be you may have to verify whether the non-working pen drives were compatible with the standard spec.
