Hi Mohammed ,

Please ignore the wiki link I have highlighted for EMIFB programming, which is meant for OMAP-L138 DDR2 programming not for OMAP-L137.

Please refer the OMAP-L137 technical reference manual EMIFB section for the SDRAM initialization details.

You can download the OMAP-L137 PLL calculator for configuring the SDRAM timing register values.
