We have an AM3354-based custom board which is using one 400Mhz DDR3(linux sdk). SDRAM_TIM1/2/3 were configured using AM335x_DDR_register_calc_tool.xls and also s/w leveling already was done.
Recentlyl, my customer checked ddr3 reliablity with LeCroy WavePro 740Zi-A which checks nearly 50 item.
BTW, 8 item fail - SRQ R of DQ min, SRQ F oof DQ min, SRQ R of DQS min, SRQ F oof DQS min, etc.(First of all, I want to focus on the SRQ values).
Sorry not to share detailed description for the item. Recroy doesn't provide any document.
Below is the result of 'SRQ R of DQ min' from Lecroy. it seems to related with slew rate. From TRM, we searched 'slew rate'. ddr_cmd#_ioctrl & ddr_data#_ioctrl include a field for slew rate but its default value is "fatest".
I wonder if we can control any register for controlling SRQ.
