HDVICP2 Encoder B frame reference

I have looked through the users guide for the HDVICP2 h264 encoder, but it is unclear to me.

Is it possible for any frame (I, P, or B) to reference a B frame?

What is the software release that you are using here?
Is it EZSDK, DVR or IPNC?

Hi Abadobid,

No, In case of H264 B-frame is always non-reference frame.

So no frame(I, P or B) can refer a B-frame.
