It seems that description of my link was not good.

Information to know is time after Am437x makes wake processor generate an event from Deepsleep until it wakeup.

Hidetaka, we don't have any latency numbers for AM437x to publish yet. It is expected that the latencies between AM335x and AM437x will be similar, so you can use the numbers above for now. We hope to have specific measurements for AM437x in the next month or so.
