Please let me know the equivalent circuit of USB VBUS input on AM3352.
I want to know whether DRVVBUS is reset to Low when VBUS input level is lower than 4.4V in very very short time.

    There is no such circuit available. All simulation parameters are included in the IBIS models.

    Can you post a scope waveform? What do you mean by "very very short time"? Section 16.3.7 of the AM335X TRM Rev. K describes the behavior of USBx_VBUS and USBx_DRVVBUS.
