TMDXEVM6678LE (XDS560V2) remote programming

Hi all,

I use TMDXEVM6678LE with built-in JTAG Emulator XDS560v2. At this moment I have to change my platform configuration and need to configure remote debugging. Unfortunately my version of (built-in) XDX560v2 debugger not contains ethernet port for communication, only USB.

My question is ...is it possible to create a working configuration like this one:

HOST1 (Ubuntu PC) + TMDXEVM6678LE connected using USB

HOST2 (Ubuntu PC) + CCSv5.5 = compiling firmware + debugging target on HOST1

HOST1 and HOST2 are in the same local (Gigabit) network

Hi,

For my understanding, Your work setup is not possible. Better to use below work setup

HOST1 (Ubuntu PC) + TMDXEVM6678LE connected using USB+CCSv5.5 + compiling firmware + debugging target.

Take remote desktop of HOST1 from HOST2.
