Break out card C6678 EVM

I want to connect to TI C6678 EVM via a breakout card (BOC). This wiki page (processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CI_Dual_EVM_Break_Out_Card) points to a link to order the BOC (under "How Do I Order One?" section) but that link is unfortunately not accessible. Could someone please point me to the correct link to order the BOC.

Is this BOC card really $1,299?
A colleague of mind bought this card (SKU CI2EVMBOC) in July 2014 and he was billed only $499 USD. Can't imagine the price of the card to have changed by more than 2x in a matter of just a few months.
