IPNC-VCA1 status ?

Did anyone ever get the IPNC-VCA1 intelligent video analytics to work ?

I noticed that this reference design has been removed from the list of available options, probably because of the newer video analytics options.

Just wondering what the official status of the DM355 IPNC-VCA1 is now... discontinued and unsupported ? Thanks

    While I am not sure why it was removed from www.ti.com/ipcamera, it does still seem to exist through ZOT directly here. The DM355IPNC-MT5 on that page still mentions that it can support add on analytics through a DM643x card, which I believe refers to what the IPNC-VCA1 was, so it looks like it may just be that they changed how the tool is sold.

    As to supported, that is something you would have to ask ZOT, as far as I know the design is not supported directly by TI, but is a third party solution, I have never seen one in person myself.

    As Bernie mentioned, TI is not directly supporting the IPNC-VCA1 reference design based on DM355. You might want to contact ZOT as they are still supporting and working on it.

    There are other video analytics solution (VCA card based on DM643x) which are available on www.ti.com/ipcamera .
