Ask for a solution to implement a 4 channels ADC that connects to DM8168, thks!

Hi TI's experts,

the requirements are:

1. 4 channels, 10Vp-p AC signal input

2. 12 bit ADC, sampling rate more than 40 MSPS

3. it's better if 4 chns in a single ADC chip

4. without FPGA/CPLD to interface to DM8168
