DM355 USB Question

Greetings,

I am currently running the 2.6.32-rc2-davinci1 kernel from Arago on a DM355 EVM and running into what I believe is a USB driver issue.

May I ask what the status of the Linux USB driver is? According to http://wiki.davincidsp.com/index.php/DaVinci_GIT_Linux_Kernel#USB_Host it is incomplete.

The issue I am running into specifically has to do with a USB Modem (Sierra MC5725).  The Modem becomes inaccessible after a number of transmissions from an application using SFT protocol to write data to a server. It is unresponsive until a manual/reconnect of the USB; which itself causes the EVM to fully lock up on occasion requiring a reset.

The modem has been tested on none dm355 devices and verified to work, as the user application performing the data transfer.

I can provide any kernel settings or any other helpful information upon request.

Thank you for any assistance or insight into the issue!
