mpmcl reset command is not working as expected

Hi all,

I am using XTCIEVMK2X EVM. 

Developing environment is: CCS ver  5.4.0.00091; MCSDK Packages: 3_00_01_12

Bootmode:  ARM SPI Little Endian mode.

Through MPM module, we are loading and running dsp .out file.

Many times, its observed that 'mpmcl reset dsp0' command is not working as expected.  Its really not resetting dsp0.

I checked the status of dsp after reset command, its showing as in 'reset' state but then if I load and run dsp's .out file,  Out file is not working as expected. i.e. reset command not happened properly.

But instead of reset command, if I reboot the evm then If I load, run the out file, I am not seeing any problems.

I can't use this workaround always because of some other constraints.

What could be the reason for not working of 'mpmcl reset dsp0' command as expected ?
