Need help to flash kernel image, uboot, filesystem without using SD card in AM335x Starter kit & boot up?

I am a newbie to Sitara AM335x starter kit. Currently i am targeting to flash the kernel image, boot, & file system on the NAND/NOR flash on the board via DHCP, TFTP & NFS server setting. Please direct me properly from starting to end for this process as I had mistaken somewhere in the process.

Please provide me suggestion. Thanks in advance.
