Can you answer the following for my customer?
I'm looking through Appendix H of the TI document "Emulation and Trace Headers" SPRU655I document to try and determine the output impedance of the EMU pins on the device. The guidance in SPRU655I recommends viewing the IBIS model to determine the output impedance however I am having difficulty locating information shown in Appendix H in the IBIS model for the AM5K2E02. Can you direct me to where I can find the output impedance of the EMU pins on the device?
