AM335x Ibis DDR3 Linux/u-boot setup

Hi all,

I and my consultant are trying to parse through the IBIS models for the AM3352 and an Micron Memory.  We started out our design copying the beagle bone white's DDR3 layout, and want to optimize it for the second iteration of the PCB.  My question is where in either u-boot or the linux kernel's code do I find the DDR3 setup?  I am using yocto daisy, but the verison 7.00/8.00 of the sdk should be the same.

I will then use this information to tell my consultant which model inside of the ibis to use for each pin.  I.e. which of the following to choose.
