I would like the electrical interface data which defines I/O types including volts, current and capacitance data? The Hardware Design Guide (SPRABV0—March 2014) has some data on the 1.8v I/O buffers but states that this sort of data is in a "Keystone Data Manual" - but I can't find this document.
