Hello all ;
i am using EVMK2H which has 2 Ethernet ports (eth0 and eth1) ,and both of them work correctly (i can ping ....) .
but they can not be enabled at the same time . for example if i want to use eth0 ,it doesn't work until i disable eth1 . and vice versa.

actually this is what i do : i connect directly the eth0 to a laptop and eth1 to an other .

i follow exactly what you told me , and the eth1 which i up first work , and the eth0 doesn't work.
