STM32F100 PCB Design

Hello,

I am planning to design a PCB for a STM32F100 microcontroller. Anybody with such experience can tell me what I need to think about when designing it? I found a blog (http://singnalgenerator.blogspot.de/) where an image of a schematics of STM3F100 is uploaded for pcb designing. Now, it is stated that this schematics is a standard solution for this processor. I am uploading a picture of the schematics.
