According to the OpenMP Runtime 2.x User's Guide (publication Date: Feb. 11, 2015), to build OpenMP applications, various RTSC components are required.
Among them, MCSDK 2.1.3.7 is included for Keystone I. However, the latest MCSDK version for Keystone I is MCSDK 2.1.2.6.
Where can I get MCSDK 2.1.3.7?

Please use the RTSC components that are bundled with MCSDK 2.1.2.6 when building OpenMP applications for KeyStone 1 (667x and 665x) devices. This includes PDK 1.1.2.6, IPC 1.24.3.32, SYS/BIOS 6.33.6.50, XDC 3.23.4.60.

The references to MCSDK 2.1.3.7 in the User's Guide are an error and will be corrected in the next release of OpenMP 2.x.
