Driver for WL1831 Wilink and Power management on AM3354

I have two unrelated issues with Am3354:

1. WEC7 Driver for WL1831 used with AM3354 on SOM provided by Variscite.

   There is no WEC7 driver available from Variscite.  Does anyone know of a supplier who offers this driver?

2. Power management on AM3354

Our product is used on vehicles and in order to conserve battery life, we must place the device in sleep mode.  AM3354 offers sleep mode but the WEC7 does not.  Please suggest how to achieve power saving using Windows or direct control of AM3354.
