DDR2 and NAND alternate parts for AM1808

Hello Folks,

We have a design TI AM1808 ARM-9 based processor POS terminal.

in that we have used DDR2:-MT47H64M16HR-3 and NAND. the problem is these parts are now obsolete, we need alternate parts with out changing existing design so please do suggest  DDR2 and NAND alternate parts with similar footprint.

    Hi Srijian,
    I think, it is better to contact the DDR and NAND's OEM (Micron,Samsung,Toshiba etc.,) to get the replacement part.
    They can give exact equivalent for that and also customer would concern about the pricing, volumes etc.,
    Ask us for any technical related queries. And also you can ask us technical queries related to new equivalent replacement part of NAND and DDR with AM1808.
