Hello.
We have a big problem with our AM37xx board.
We use the CUS package and two external DDR DRAM chips (64M x 16).
When we used only 128MB, the system is running normally.
But when we used the full 256MB, the board hangs at booting the operating system at low (below 10°C) temperature.
There are memory errors (in LINUX and WinCE) so the operating system stops.
After some times, if the CPU and DRAM is warm enough, the board is running normally.
Have anybody an idea or is there an unknow issure in the AM37x?
