We are using IPNC_RDK_03.80.00.00.05 and are trying to change the stream to MJPEG via the web interface. An error message appears "Video setting for failed for TI_IPNC" (see below) and the camera will then freeze and a reboot is required. The same error appears when selecting single, dual or triple streaming, as long as MJPEG is selected as a codec.
An e-mail to Appropho has been sent but we are still waiting for them to respond. We need the MJPEG stream in order to perform video analysis. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
