Hello,

Please let me know how I can get the layout data of TIDEP0024.

In the schematic, the series resistors are inserted between LPDDR2 and AM437x.
I want to know where the series resistors should locate the side of LPDDR2 or AM437x.

Hi Nomoto-san,

Please check section 5.12.8.2.2.3 of the AM437X Datasheet Rev. A for LPDDR2 layout guidelines. Also note that per subsection 5.12.8.2.2.3.7 series termination is not mandatory, it should be used only if required, based on signal integrity analysis.

Hello Biser-san,

Thank you for your reply.
However, after manufacturing, the modification based on signal integrity for the resistor's location is impossible.
Therefore, I must decide the location of the resistor in the layout design phase.
Please give me a advice where I should locate the resistor for the risk hedge.
