Port Tizen Into Sitara AM4379 A9

Hi,

This forum only support the TI distributed Linux SDK. According to this page https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/IVI/IVI_Platforms Tizen IVI has a port for J6/DRA7XX processors, which have significantly more processing power and resources than AM437X.

AM43xx is more like omap4 devices, Tizen have official wiki for how to port the os to pandaboard ( I suggest you start from there: wiki.tizen.org/.../Tizen_IVI_Getting_Started_Guide_For_PandaBoard)

I Know Tizen IVI Have Been Ported Into DRA7XX And Others From TI OMP Line Successfully And Which Are All Perform Much Better Powerful Than AM43X Sitara.
I Select AM43X Because It's That FAE Strongly Suggest Considering Cost And Competitive Advantage Of Pricing.
And My Question Is:
If I Based On Current SDK Along With Several Projects Which TI Has Long Term Devoted Like Yocto / GENIVI Baseline Using Poky And BitBake To Move Pieces Of Kernel And Required Drivers Such As SXG510 Wayland Supports How Would I Pay For This Tough Work? I Am Not Sure BitBake Recipe And Other Tools Can Be A help To Reduce Workload Much Than Older Way.

I Believe I Have Been For That Around Earlier.
It Seems No Help For PORT Tizen IVI Into New Machine That Dev Community Doesn't Support At All So Far As My Case.
I Have To Build BSP Layer Myself.
And Move Codes From Other SDKs Which Have Same Kernel Compatible Yocto Meta-IVI BB Recipe.
