HI,

What to do with DEVOSC_WAKE pin in DM8148 processor. There is not much description in datasheet. I referred Mistral EVM and in that they have connected it to a tactile switch. We are using 20 MHz OSCILLATOR in our design meaning internal oscillator will be bypassed.

Please confirm what is the purpose of connecting switch to this pin and also if switch is not used what should be the default state at this pin.

I did refer link e2e.ti.com/.../172279 in e2e community but couldn't gather much information

Madhura,

For deep sleep, it looks only DEVOSC_WAKE pin can be used to wake up the device which means that pin has to be wired to a button . When you need to wake it up, push that button. Otherwise, the system cannot be waken up.

If this pin is not used, the internal pull resistor should be enabled, or an external pull resistor should be used, to prevent floating inputs.
By default/reset we have IPU enable on that pin (and RX enable).
