gpio pinmux problem on DM6467

hi, all~~

We want to use some pins(GP[23~26]、GP[38]) for gpio output function.

In order to achieve this, we just followed DM6467 Datasheet to configure PINMUX0 and PINMUX1 registers, meanwhile, relevant bits of GPIO DIR register

are set to "output" mode. However, the pins concerned above can not be pull down when trying to write "0" to bits of GPIO OUT_DATA register.

Did anyone occur such problem? Any advice or suggestion will be much appreciated

Regards.

  • Make sure you set the appropriate bits of VDD3P3V_PWDN to zero in order to power those pins.  Specifically VDD3P3V_PWDN[7:5]=000b.  You should also make sure the GPIO module itself has been enabled through the PSC.

  • Hello Brad,

    I found your reply helpfull to use GPIO[25]. Thanks for the same.

    But I have similar situation. I am not able to use GPIO[39] in DM6467 as output. Here are my settings

    VDD3P3V_PWDN = 0x08000000

    PINMUX0 = 0x00000000

    PINMUX1 = 0x0000003C

    GPIODIR2 = 0xFFFF FB7F

    Let me know if you have any idea.

    PS: With these settings I am able to use GPIO[42].

    Thanks,

    Bhavin
